Shipping Policy:

Made-to-Order Process: All of our lamps are 3D printed and assembled to order, meaning each lamp typically takes 2-4 days. Please allow for this production time before shipping.

Shipping Times:

• • Domestic (Canada): Shipping within Canada is typically faster and will take anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on the location.
  • International: For shipping outside of Canada, delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping carrier. International orders can take anywhere from 7-14 business days or longer.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We work with reliable carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

Tracking: Once your lamp has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with your custom-made lamp! If you’re not completely satisfied, please email designbyxsen@gmail.com. We offer a return policy under the following conditions:

Return Window: You may return your lamp within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the lamp is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders or lamps that have been damaged or altered are not eligible for return.
